Two changes to how you sort your records.
- Categories are one list now, for companies and people alike. A person has every category of the companies they work at, and you can add their own on top. Take a category off a company and it comes off its people too.
- Every company and person in the CRM has a Source: Cold outreach, LinkedIn activity, Manual, or one of your own, such as Networking, Recommendation or Advertising. It is set as they come in, and you can change it when you learn more. History keeps every change, so where someone first came from is never lost.
Both are in Menu > Categories and sources, where an administrator also adds your organisation's own sources.
