Each lead now has Worked by: the colleague who works it.
- On Researched Leads it reads Inherit by default, so the lead follows its company's Owner. Choose someone else for one lead only as an exception.
- The step a lead owes, and every step after it, is then that person's in Tasks and notifications, so your list holds your own work rather than the whole team's.
- Reminders you set on a contact are tasks now, in the same list.
Ownership organises the work and limits nobody: any member can still work, change or hand over any lead, so a lead never waits for a colleague who is away.
