Global search, steps that skip weekends, and smaller fixes

What changed last week:

1. Silent steps now carry the person's Linkedin link, since they are mostly used for a silent connect.
2. Global search (the magnifier) looks through companies and contacts at once.
3. The days between steps now skip weekends. With 3 days after a step done on Friday, the next one is due on Wednesday, not Monday, so the other side gets real working days.
4. Fixed: Linkedin leads you added from Linkedin Lists or by URL did not show.
5. When a step has no email address or Linkedin profile to draft for, it now says so clearly.
6. The small play button next to a started campaign has a dropdown, which saves a few clicks.
