When you save a changed step in Campaign templates, you are asked whether to update the work already out: "Update N open tasks to the current wording?", and how many leads part-way through the campaign will use its current wording in the steps they have not reached yet. Press Update.
- A step somebody edited by hand for one lead is left alone, and the question says how many.
- Until now the question seldom appeared, and a lead part-way through kept the old wording for every step it had not reached.
