The AI assistant answers questions about using Bamya and about your records. Open it with the round button with the AI mark, at the bottom right of every page.
- Ask how to do something ("How do I invite a colleague?") or what a word on the screen means.
- Ask about your records ("How many deals are in Proposal?"). It counts only what you can see, and its answers carry buttons that open the list, page or record they mention.
- On a list it knows that list: its tab, its filters and the rows you ticked.
- Samples, beside the box, has questions that suit the page; History keeps your last 50.
- Each answer shows its cost in AI credits, from your organisation's monthly pool.
Under every answer, Report a problem sends us your question and that answer, if it is wrong or unclear.
