The Community is a page shared by everyone on Bamya. Open it with the Community button in the top bar.

A template is a setup, never data: a pipeline template with its stages and tasks, a campaign with its steps, a task collection for onboarding, or a Bamya Call preparation template. No company or person ever goes with it, and every template is checked before anybody else can use it.
Using a template makes a copy in your organisation. The copy is yours to change, and later changes to the template never reach it, so nothing you rely on changes under you. An administrator uses one: press From the community where that kind of setup is kept, for example in Pipeline templates in the gear of a CRM list, or open a template on the Templates tab and press Use this.
Anyone can share a setup of their own: press Share to the community in its window. You need a community name first: you choose it, and with a picture if you like, it is all that others see of you.
